Beth offers a holistic approach to coaching for individuals and executives. She has 2 decades of leadership experience in non-profits (education, health care, social services and arts). She has trained and supported individuals pursuing a call to ordained ministry and has supervised chaplains-in-training.
Her client-centered approach, allows her to serve individuals from diverse backgrounds with unique goals. She has worked across faith traditions and with those who identify as “no faith" or “spiritual but religious.”

I work best with people in seasons of transition — personally or professionally — helping them slow down, listen deeply and move forward with clarity and integrity.
I partner with clients, helping surface their own questions and shape and approach that will help them move toward a pacle of thriving. We set goals for each session so you move forward concretely with accountability.
I bring twenty+ years of experience in Non-Profit Management and Fundraising Leadership. I’ve also coached individuals in fields of ministry and chaplaincy.
Sacred listening*
$60-90/hour**
Empowering individuals to transcend traditional boundaries of faith, our listening companions offer transformative feedback that illuminates your spiritual journey with innovative practices tailored for the modern seeker.

Dreamwork

Our dreams often signal deep inner work. In Dream Work we explore the images and emotions of your dreams, mining them for clues and bringing your spiritual journey forward into consciousness.

About Beth
From the time she was a very little girl, Beth sensed there is more to life than meets the eye — so much more. Her path has brought her to explore and practice various forms of meditation and stillness. All this has brought her to a place of simplicity. Her focus is on Silence with a steady practice of centering prayer, as well as using writing, art, gardening and walking as ways to draw closer to that divine spark within. She describes herself as a “garden variety mystic” — a way of being in the world that absolutely anyone can cultivate.
Qualifications: More than 20 years as a spiritual companion and caregiver to people regardless of: spiritual or religious background; faith or no faith. An Episcopal priest, she has a tender spot for those hurt by the church. As a certified spiritual director through Haden Institute and a meditation teacher and guide, Beth focuses on the essence of personhood, validating the sacred in every living thing. All are welcome here!
