Many years ago, on a journey to Africa, I connected with my fundamental call in life: to own and express my gifts and help others to do the same. Sacred listening is at the heart of this work.
The tools offered here are meant to facilitate your own process, to help you live more fully and authentically into who you were made to be.

Sacred listening*

Empowering individuals to transcend traditional boundaries of faith, SpiritSynergy Consulting offers transformative guidance that illuminates your spiritual journey with innovative practices tailored for the modern seeker.

**Sliding scale: those who can pay full price+ make discounts and scholarships available for those who need them (ie. people new to recovery, seminarians, caregivers)
Intuitive healing touch
$50 1/2 hour
$80 1 hour
In this practice, we use a light touch that works with you as you release old energy. Helpful in letting go of old pain stuck in the physical bdy.

About Beth
From the time she was a very little girl, Beth sensed there is more to life than meets the eye — so much more. Her path has brought her to explore and practice various forms of meditation and stillness. All this has brought her to a place of simplicity. Her focus is on Silence with a steady practice of centering prayer, as well as using writing, art, gardening and walking as ways to draw closer to that divine spark within. She describes herself as a “garden variety mystic” — a way of being in the world that absolutely anyone can cultivate.
Qualifications: 15+ years as a spiritual companion and caregiver to people regardless of spiritual or religious background; faith or no faith; those hurt by the church. Certified spiritual director through Haden Institute. Meditation teacher and guide. Beth focuses on the essence of personhood, validating the sacred in every living thing. All are welcome here!
Education: Master of Divinity, Yale Divinity School.
